We follow a reliable refund policy so that our customers feel
feel privileged about their cooperation with us. Read the guidelines

1. If you wish to cancel your account, please let us know at least 3 days
know before the end of your term (by emailing info@funnelsynergy.io
or through our billing portal). Upon termination, your data will not be
removed to make sure you can always come back, but if you
want them removed from our servers. Email info@funnelsynergy.io for your request. Since deletion of all data is final
is, make sure you actually want to cancel your account and
want to delete your data before doing so.

3. You can change the level of our services at any time of your use
upgrade or downgrade, but Funnel Synergy will reimburse in that case
no fees
4. If you stop using our services between terms,
we will pay you the fees you paid for the remaining term
not back.
5. We reserve the right to change the Funnel Synergy Service(s)
for any reason, without notice, modify or
terminate.
6. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, the Funnel Synergy suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have
(by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, with
violence removed our branding) has fraudulent activities
committed in connection with the services offered by us.
7. Please note that no refunds will be offered even if a
subscription is cancelled mid-month.
3 Days Without Compulsory Cancellation
Funnel Synergy provides SaaS service to companies with a
cancellation policy of 3 days without obligation. The no-obligation
termination begins immediately upon account activation. The 3 days
optional notice period applies only to new customers and not to
existing subscription customers. Funnel Synergy also holds
no allowance for a free trial period for customers who were once subscribers
paid, cancelled and then decided to reinstate their subscription to Funnel Synergy.
At any time during the 3 days, potential subscribers (customer) can
cancel their account and are fully refunded with a small
service charge.
To continue using SaaS after the 3-day non-mandatory notice period,
you will be automatically redirected to your selected
payment plan you initially selected at the time you
buys from a range of selections monthly or receives a discount by
pay for six months or a full year of service.
Monthly billing, cancellation and refund policy
Funnel Synergy Charges in advance and collects for use
of the SaaS service. All services provided are non-refundable.
Once a customer chooses a subscription and provides billing information,
calculates Funnel Synergy A pro-rata amount with the first payment that
due upon signing.
All subscriptions are monthly, quarterly and yearly
automatically renewed on the expiration date according to the purchase date, until
they are officially terminated in writing.
Customers may cancel at any time by sending an e-mail to:
info@funnelsynergy.io or go to our billing portal.
Customers will receive an email from Funnel Synergy in which is
confirmed that their subscription to the SaaS service has been cancelled.
Important: No refunds or credits for partial
months, quarters or years of service to a customer refunded upon
cancellation.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, duties or charges that are
imposed by the tax authorities, and the customer is responsible
for payment of all such taxes, duties or charges.
The fees that Funnel Synergy charges for the
monthly, quarterly or annual services do not include telephone charges
Internet access charges, as well as other charges for
data transfer.
Any currency settlements are based on the agreement of the
customer with the payment method provider.
For the avoidance of doubt, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers can change their subscription for the SaaS services at any time
upgrade or downgrade.
For any upgrade or downgrade in the subscription, the
customer write to info@funnelsynergy.io
The chosen billing method will automatically use the new
charge subscription fees on the next billing cycle.
With respect to downgrades of a subscription, Funnel Synergy does not issue refunds or credits for partial service months.
